TagMan Selects Petrie for Office Search Requirements

Author: Administrator  (02 /04/2012)

Tag management company TagMan is on the prowl for new office space, and the company has conscripted CresaPartners’ Jack Petrie to aide in their hunt, he told The Commercial Observer Monday.

TagMan, which currently leases an office space at 260 W. 35th Street, is citing a growing headcount and a future demand for larger space as its reasons for the impending move, Mr. Petrie (pictured) said yesterday morning.

The company has 20 employees, but is looking to grow upwards to 50-plus people in the next two years, Mr. Petrie said. It would like to expand into 5,000 square feet of office space, he added.

“We are looking in the Garment [and] Times Square South areas, but are flexible in geography,” said Mr. Petrie.

A TagMan executive did not return calls for comment.

Launched in 2007, TagMan helps clients resolve tagging, site performance and “attribution-related challenges” related to online marketing campaigns, according to its website. The company counts TravelocityVirgin Atlantic, and Subaru as clients, among others.

Mr. Petrie was profiled as one of The Commercial Observer’s “Power Brokers” in 2011, given the Cleveland native’s work in finding tech companies like PulsePointSailthru, andAmazon prime office space in New York City.
