NEW YORK CITY, June 20 – CRESA Partners has negotiated a 4,148 rentable square foot ("rsf") lease for Email Data Source at The Media Technology Center, 65 Broadway, in downtown Manhattan, announces Jack Petrie, vice president of CRESA Partners.
The term is for five years, and the tenant will take immediate occupancy. “The downtown market continues to be the place to go for the very best rates,” says Mr. Petrie, who brokered the lease along with his colleague, Kristian Hansen, associate at CRESA Partners. “Email Data Source is expanding its headquarters, and it was important to find a space that could accommodate its growth,” adds Mr. Petrie. “The landlord was willing to incorporate an expansion clause into the lease and build the space to suit, thus making this building an ideal choice for the tenant.”
Email Data Source is the only independent provider of “push” marketing data. The company collects, analyzes, catalogues, and archives thousands of daily email marketing messages, and provide clients with actionable intelligence needed to increase ROI on their email programs.
