Speaker panel included Michael K. Williams, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Practice, McGladrey, Mitchell S. Rock, Senior VP, The Manhattan Group at Morgan Stanley, Anthony Grass, Founder of e-Market Intelligence, Dan Ramsden, Managing Director of Oberon Securities, moderated by Paul Ellis, Principal of Paul Ellis Law Group.

The speaker panel discussed the boxes to check when selling a company and the common pitfalls in focusing too much on the most visible stages of the process. The event featured a discussion by an investment banker, an accountant with an active M&A practice, a serial entrepreneur, a wealth manager and a corporate lawyer---all sharing their insights beyond “identifying a buyer, negotiating a price, diligence, and documenting a deal.”
