33 East 33rd Street is a twelve-story, 138,000 square foot property constructed in 1914. The landlord, ELK Investors, controls over 500,000 sf of property including 489 Fifth Avenue, 220 East 23rd Street, 44 East 33rd Street, 313 West 37th Street and 341 West 38th Street.
