DTC Quadrant Center is located in the Quadrant Building in Greenwood Village and is one of the more unique buildings in the metropolitan area. Many consider DTC to be a “mini-downtown,” as the two locations, on opposite ends of the city, share many of the same restaurants and businesses, and both have a very busy-city-like feel. By the end of 2006, the RTD Light-Rail system will be finished with the southern expansion into DTC, offering fast and convenient access to downtown and parts north. A station will open up within walking distance from the building. The building was honored with a BOMA, Building of the Year award in 2000 and it is easy to see why! Tenants at The Quadrant have 24/7 secured access to the building as well as a 5-story covered parking garage, extensive visitor parking, a fitness room and showers, a café, shoeshine services, full-service bank, manicured plaza with fountain and reflective pool, along with benches and café tables to enjoy a lunch or a casual meeting under one of Denver’s 300 sunny days per year. The Lobby greets Tenants and visitors with a grand, four-story stretch of marble, glass and architecturally appealing staircases. The upscale Colorado Athletic Club is merely a short walk next-door. Clients at the center are privileged to enjoy a wide variety of services and amenities from our excellent support team on the Penthouse floor. The beautiful glass-encased “Fishbowl” conference room offers a stunning view of DTC from 13 stories up, along with shots of the picturesque Cherry Creek reservoir. The large, interior Boardroom can accommodate up to 20 people and is readily available with A/V equipment, LCD and overhead projectors. There are 2 large touchdown offices in the Center, an interior and an exterior, with the exterior offering an unobstructed view of the magnificent Rocky Mountains and downtown. The mezzanine level above the main floor holds nine exterior offices, and curves half the width of the building. Interstate 25 borders DTC and provides convenient access to downtown, Denver International Airport and I-70 into the mountains as well as the Park Meadows Shopping Center just 4 miles south and the Castle Rock Outlets less than 20 minutes south. There are many varieties of restaurants available to the DTC diner, including Morton’s Steakhouse, Yia Yia’s, McCormick & Schmick’s, Cool River Grill, Il Fornaio, Chipotle, Garcia’s, Pappadeaux Seafood and Great Northern Tavern.
