The Denver office space facilities are located in the Highlands Ranch Business Park just off C-470. This beautifully constructed and newly renovated four-story glass & sandstone building contains state-of-the-art telecommunications equipment. It is located adjacent to a world-class golf course and within 15 minutes of downtown Denver. It is also easily accessible to the Denver Tech Center as well as most suburbs of the Denver Metro area. The Center is located on the top floor occupying 25,000 square feet. We have 88 office spaces at an average of 200 square feet per office with unobstructed views of either Downtown Denver or the Rocky Mountains. Three conference rooms are available for clients use as well as a copy room and kitchen/ "Cyber-Café" complete with internet access and a large flat-screen television. All offices are wired with category -5 cabling for high-speed internet access and for assured telecommunication services.
