Cleveland City Center is located in the stately pillar of marble Fifth Third Bank Building, strategically situated in the heart of the Business District, and within a short distance from both Cleveland airports. The building amenities include the Fifth Third Bank, an ATM, attached parking garage, Au Bon Pain restaurant and a Sundries shop. Within walking distance from the Center there are a variety of restaurants, banks, shops, athletic venues, theaters and luxury accommodations. The Center has been recently expanded, now occupying the entire 13th floor. As part of that expansion, the Center has been completely remodeled and updated to offer the latest in services. We offer our clients the best in conferencing services, with seating capacity that can accommodate up to 50 people. We also offer a state of the art video-conferencing facility, where all your needs are literally at the touch of a button. Clients enjoy the use of our brand new kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances, a reception area and business lounge. But what really makes Cleveland City Center a world class facility is our onsite support team. Each member is committed to providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. Our General Manager works with each client to insure that they are getting all necessary services in order to meet their business needs. Our Operations Manager runs the Center with his own unique brand of dedication, with over 20 years of customer service and support skills. Our Client Administrator and Client Service Assistant each bring their own set of skills, including graphic design capabilities, and their dedication to serving each client individually.
